Complaints
In the event of us being unable to settle a complaint to your satisfaction, you may refer it to the Financial Services Ombudsman Scheme (the "Scheme") for the Isle of Man.
The Scheme has been set up under Isle of Man law to provide private individuals with a free, independent service for resolving disputes with financial firms operating from the Isle of Man. Under the provisions of the Scheme, MFG is required to deal with your complaint within 12 weeks of being notified. However, we believe it is important to resolve any issues as quickly as possible and one of our senior managers will be asked to review your concerns at the earliest possible opportunity.
